The Triangle Bailliage of North Carolina would like to invite you to celebrate Carnevale with a special dinner celebration on Sunday, February 18, from 4 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., at Mulino Italian Kitchen & Bar.
Carnevale is the last celebration before Lent begins on Ash Wednesday. Come enjoy the simple yet sumptuous cuisine, wines, and a culinary education in the history of Italian cuisine.
The evening will begin with a welcome Prosecco and cicchetti, before a brief induction ceremony for the newest members of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and Société Mondiale du Vin. There will also be a surprise special guest!
The menu will consist of several courses of authentic recipes celebrating the creativity and diversity of Italian cuisine. There will also be, equally as special, wine pairings for you to enjoy.
Be prepared for some special vintages, including wines not readily available in the USA!
Dress code for the evening is Black Tie or Dark Suits for men, and Cocktail Attire for the ladies. Don’t be afraid to get in the spirit of Carnevale with a traditional mask, fan or, other accessories!
The price for this evening is $155 per person and is a great opportunity to introduce your friends to the Chaîne.
